What Virtual OPS does
We teach, advise and build operational systems with business owners: how the work is organized, how each process runs, and how it keeps running without you. You stay in charge, and you can step in on anything.

The OPS Method
- Organize: Write down everything your business does in a week and who does it. Then list the numbers you make decisions with and find where each one really comes from. If you can't trace a number, fix that first.
- Processes: For each piece of work, decide how it should run: on a simple rule, with judgment inside your rules, or by you. Write the steps in plain words. That list is your process.
- Systemize: Set each process up to run without you, from anywhere, then check that it ran. Give it fifteen minutes every Friday: what went well, what needs attention, and what happens next week.
